WHO CAN APPLY

To qualify for a wholesale account, you must:

  • Operate a physical retail store (with or without an online presence), or
  • Operate an established online business with an existing customer base or audience.

Wholesale customers are not permitted to resell our products through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Etsy, Walmart Marketplace, or similar platforms unless prior written approval has been obtained.

Wholesale purchases are intended solely for resale and are not available for personal use.

APPLICATION & APPROVAL PROCESS

All wholesale applications are reviewed individually.

We reserve the right to:

  • Approve or decline any wholesale application at our sole discretion.
  • Suspend or terminate a wholesale account if these terms are violated.
  • Cancel wholesale orders that do not comply with our policies.

Our goal is to partner with businesses that align with the quality and values of the SmartResHomes brand.

PRICING

  • All prices are listed in USD.
  • Wholesale pricing is available only to approved wholesale customers purchasing products for resale.
  • Retail customers and promotional purchases are not eligible for wholesale pricing.

For custom quotations or large-volume orders, please contact us directly.

ADDITIONAL DISCOUNTS

Our wholesale pricing already includes substantial savings.

Additional discounts are only available when:

  • A special promotion is officially announced.
  • A custom pricing agreement has been approved for high-volume purchases.

Orders placed using unauthorized discount codes may be cancelled.

INVOICING & PAYMENT TERMS

  • Invoices are available upon request.
  • All invoices are issued in USD.
  • Full payment is required before any wholesale order is shipped.
  • We do not currently offer Net 30, Net 60, or other credit payment terms.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • Orders are shipped directly from our warehouse.
  • Buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes required by their country or region.
  • Eligible wholesale orders placed through our website qualify for Free Shipping.

ORDER FULFILLMENT

After payment has been received:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
  • If unexpected delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

BULK & B2B SALES

SmartResHomes welcomes partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, commercial buyers, and B2B organizations.

If you require recurring inventory, private purchasing arrangements, or long-term supply agreements, please contact our sales team.

If your purchase was made through an authorized third-party reseller or partner, please contact that seller directly regarding returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.

DAMAGED ITEMS

Every order is carefully inspected before shipment.

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Inspect the shipment immediately upon delivery.
  • Notify us within 5 days of receiving the package.
  • Include clear photographs and a description of the issue when contacting us.

We will work with you promptly to resolve the matter.
